When placing an order, please note the following items in your email:
1.Color choice of font
2.Color choice of polka dots.
3.Font style you are choosing
4.If choosing a monogram, choose a ONE or THREE monogram. If choosing a three monogram, place initials in this order: FIRST ~ LAST ~ MIDDLE
